Before you write
- If you accepted an offer from a partner lender, that lender — not CoverMe — handles payments, due dates and account changes. Their details are in your agreement.
- We cannot tell you in advance whether a request will be approved.
- Please do not email us your full bank account number, Social Security number or card details. We will never ask for them by email.
