1. Acceptance

By accessing this website or using the app you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What the service does

The app lets you request a cash advance. The website additionally lets you submit a request that may be shared with lenders and lending partners. CoverMe is not a bank, and an advance is not a conventional interest-bearing loan. Any product offered by a partner lender is a separate agreement between you and that lender.

3. Eligibility

To use the service you confirm that you:

• are a resident of the United States and of legal age in your state;
• are acting for yourself, not on someone else's behalf;
• have a regular source of income and an active bank account in your own name; and
• will provide information that is true, accurate and complete.

Meeting these requirements does not mean a request will be approved.

4. Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials and device secure.
• Do not submit false information or another person's details.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service.
• Repay an advance by the date shown to you when you confirmed the request.
• Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these rules.

5. No guarantees

We do not promise that a request will be approved, that any particular amount will be offered, or that money will arrive within a specific timeframe. Information on this site is general and is not financial, legal or tax advice.

6. Third parties

Partner lenders, Google Play, banks and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, decisions or conduct, and linking to them is not an endorsement.

7. Intellectual property

The site, the app and their content, design and code belong to CoverMe or its licensors, and may be used only for their intended purpose. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

8. Service availability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoverMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the service or from any agreement you enter into with a partner lender.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date above shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
